The Cottage 484 - Historic Tiny Home

In one of the last rural areas of Mecklenburg County sits a historic little cottage.

With dimensions of a mere 22’ x 22’-- a total of 484 square feet -- it is comprised of a full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, single bedroom, and main living / dining area.

It was acquired by the new owners with the intent of attempting to save this unique little house from being destroyed, as the lot was probably worth more than the structure, and since then they've been carefully peeling back the layers of the past while trying to meld it into the present.

The goal is to have the majority of the work completed by the end of 2022. Interested parties may contact the owners directly in regards to limited short-term usage such as occasional small gatherings, celebratory showers, or date nights. Once the grounds are completed, it may also be available for photo shoots and small ceremonies.

Due to the location and size of the home, there is very limited availability and a maximum number of guests allowed. The house is currently not available for use by non-referred vistors or guests. No children or animals allowed.
